Welcome to the customer service page which will provide you with some more information on how Formosity works. 

For your information

Payment

Formosity requires prepayment on purchase via our website and we accept major debit and credit cards through our payment processor stripe. We also accept Paypal payments as well. 

Returns

Formosity at this present time does not have the capacity to handle returns and we are sorry about this however if there is any issue with order then please contact us and we will be able to help. We can still offer partial refund, full refund or online store credit in order to replace the value of your order. Please check with Formosity as time goes on as we maybe able to change this in the near future. 

 

 

Shipping

We only sell to residents of the UK, United Kingdom. The shipping of our products takes 1 to 5 days if the product is in stock. If ordered via preorder for coming soon collections or one of pieces the shipping time will increase and Formosity will update you on when you will receive your order.

 

Quality & Safety

Formosity takes pride and care and attention in each order we select from our collections and also how we pack each item. Each item will be checked several times for their quality and we will make sure we have the correct information from our wholesalers and manufacturers on the material of our jewellery. 

Product Care

From our unique collections we include some helpful information on how to care for your jewellery and how to stop is from tarnishing. In addition there are plenty of tips and tricks for jewellery care over on our blog.

FAQ

The collection of rings we have are self adjusting however on each individual ring listing there is a size guide to see which ring best fits you. If you are unsure please get in touch and we can send you a ring sizer free of charge and you can email Formosity your ring size.

Shipping can take 1 to 5 business days excluding bank holidays.

To check the status of your order, please create an account on checkout or prior to ordering and then login to see the progress of your order. If it has been a week since you placed an order then please email Formosity quoting your name and order number and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

If you change your mind and do not want your order please get in touch as soon as possible and we can cancel your order within 24 hours of ordering. If it goes past 24 hours then I am sorry but your order has been processed and will be dispatched to you. However we do understand that some of our products have a high budget so please get in touch and we will be happy to help.
